          - First, do some yoga. We've been really stressed out lately, so let's get relaxed before doing some activities. Follow the steps. Primeiro, fai un pouco de ioga. Temos estado moi estresados e estresadas ultimamemente, asi que vamos a relaxarnos antes de facer algunhas tarefas. Segue os pasos.
